Across the globe, leading organisations are making diversity and inclusion a priority. And there is sound reason for it:
Studies show a direct correlation between a culture of fostering diversity and inclusion and a company’s bottom line. In a recent McKinsey study, research showed that companies that are more gender diverise are 21% more likely to outperform others those that are ethnically diverse are 33% more likely to outperform others.
Diversity AND inclusion go hand-in-hand to propel a business forward. Companies that actively work towards making their cultures more inclusive are better positioned to achieve strong customer loyalty as well as boost employee engagement and productivity.
As Australia moves up in ranks with its rich, diverse profile of people, it becomes imperative that we learn best ways forward to create and foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Corpolinx, therefore, is hosting the Workplace Diversity & Inclusion Summit to promote a learning and networking platform to share notes on strategies and case studies on what is working and what is not.
